PART 3 – ME :)

Ok, so with everything else in mind, how do these particular influencers actually influence me personally? Now we are really diving into the autoethnographical part of my research !! (…is that a word?) I’m going to break this up into three sections, and then the three sections in to seperate three sections, bare with me!

WHAT DO I ENJOY ABOUT THEIR CONTENT?

Sarah’s Day: I enjoy that Sarah is family-oriented, she vlogged and documented her entire pregnancy, birth, and motherhood journey which I think is very admirable. She is very transparent about her struggles with health issues, and openly shares her opinion and tips and tricks on how to naturally and holistically heal.

Georgie Stevenson: I have not been following Georgie for as long as the other two, however I came across her from her business instagram, which is definitely a testament to the influence she has over her followers! she is more entrepreneurial in her content, whilst also sharing almost daily positive affirmations and highlights from her life.

Sophie Jayne Miller: Sophie is my age, has recently moved out of home and is studying to become a Nutritionist. I relate to her the most out of the three and enjoy how relatable her content is to me! She is very driven and motivated, but is also present on her social media when she is not having the best day, which I love seeing as it humanises influencers a lot.

IN WHAT WAYS AM I INFLUENCED?

Sarah’s Day: I own products from all three of Sarah’s brand collaborations, all which I love, and all which I purchased purely based on the fact that I am a fan of her! I have made recipes she has shared, followed along with her workout videos, and wear around the tights from her activewear collection! If that isn’t influence, I don’t know what is!

Georgie Stevenson: Similarly to Sarah, I have purchased multiple products that Georgie creates through her business, as well as brands she promotes such as GymShark. Georgie always includes captions that describe in great detail the message she is trying to get across and – guilty! – I am influenced!

Sophie Jayne Miller: Soooo relatable! She reviews products so well, listing positives as well as negatives, which I find definitely helps, especially when it comes to clothing sizes, healthy recipes (I hate when things taste ‘healthy’ especially baked things!) as well as supplements, vitamins and meals.
